1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Fiddlehead Media website (fiddleheadmedia.com) and any related services, including our print shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services

Fiddlehead Media provides professional photography, aerial media, and FPV drone services for resorts, real estate, and commercial clients in the Big Sky and Bozeman, Montana area. We also operate an online print shop where customers can purchase fine art prints of select photographs.

3. Print Shop & Orders

All print orders are processed through Stripe for payment and fulfilled by Prodigi, a third-party print-on-demand service. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment is collected at the time of purchase via Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
• Orders are printed and shipped by Prodigi. Delivery times vary by location and product type, typically 5–12 business days.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. Refunds & Returns

Because prints are produced on demand specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we will make it right in the following cases:

• Damaged or defective prints: If your print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement.
• Lost shipments: If your order does not arrive within 21 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the fulfillment partner and either reship or issue a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All photographs, images, videos, text, graphics, logos, and other content on this website are the property of Fiddlehead Media or its licensors and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a print grants you a personal, non-commercial license to display the physical print. It does not transfer copyright or grant any rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the image in any form.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fiddlehead Media and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim related to a print order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

7. Third-Party Services

Our site integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payment processing) and Prodigi (print fulfillment). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party providers.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Gallatin County, Montana.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
